Shipping and Delivery
We ship your package using DHL Service Point for a fee of €4.99. Enjoy free shipping on purchases over €89. Your package can be picked up at the nearest DHL Service Point collection location.

Shipping is trackable and has a delivery time of 3–7 days. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation or delivery notification, the most common reason is an incorrect email address entered during checkout. Please double-check your email address and check your spam folder.

Note:
Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package is returned to us as undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €25 to cover handling and administrative costs.
